Operational Lease
With this type of Leasing Plan, which is only for companies, you pay a fixed amount per month which includes most of the costs like insurance and maintenance. The only extra costs you will have are for fuel, cleaning, parking and possible fines.
With this type of leasing Delta Lease will be the owner of the car which means you do not have to invest anything. You simply pay a fixed amount per month and we will take care of everything.
We will discuss the prefered length of the lease and will set a maximum amount of mileage. At the end of the leasing term you simply return the car to our local service partner and we will take care of the rest.
Financial Lease
This type of leasing is also mainly used by companies due to its possible tax advantages. In contrast to operational leasing you will now become the owner of the car yourself. The monthly amount consists out of interest and redemption. The costs for insurance and maintenance are not included. You will be responsible for this yourself.
While Operational Lease focuses on full service, Financial Lease focuses on flexibility. Depending on your preferences you can pay a deposit upon the start of the leasing term. This will lower your monthly fee. With Financial Lease a final term can also be determined. The term can also be agreed upon which will be of the influence on the monthly fee and final term. Mileage is unlimited and at the end of the total term the car will be yours. Although taxes might vary per country the interest will be deductible for business owners which makes this a very interesting leasing form for entrepreneurs.
Private Lease
This leasing form is quite similar to Operational Lease however this is used for private clients. This means the focus will be on full service however here at Delta Lease we would like to think of ourselves as flexible so we can always discuss your preferences.
